My spouse and I have the same employer and multiple Net Benefits (NB) accounts

When downloading transactions to Quicken Windows, transactions for both my spouse and I are downloaded to my Quicken account for each account type (401A and 403B). I have reset and deactivated the 4 accounts in combination with all alternate ordering combinations (e.g., my 401A first...). The displayed NB account number for each account type is identical for my spouse and I; the SSN of the owner is used to differentiate.
How do I get Quicken to map the correct transaction to the correct NB account for the correct owner?
This problem is somewhat analogous to one in the Quicken for Mac community page: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20251502#Comment_20251502

The problem is that because all the accounts for one employer use the same account number, only one can be active at a time. See this discussion.
