How do I get Invoice numbers being paid to print on voucher checks?

When I pay multiple invoices with the same check I would like it to at a minimum print the invoice number associated with the check to be printed.

This has been suggested as an Idea for Improvement before, but so far it's still waiting for a response from the programmers.
