Bank of America reauthorization - Quicken does not accept

Upon my update request in Quicken, I am taken to B of A account and go through the reauthorization process without difficulty. B of A confirms reauthorization and I am transferred back to Quicken which then indicates acceptance, however Quicken does not actually accept reauthorization. Nothing changes. Next update request repeats the same but I never am reauthorized in Quicken. ???

    Hello @Mack_5546 and @Al Pattillo,

I am sorry to hear about this problem with online banking services. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.

First, are you seeing a message in Quicken, itself, that is saying that the account is not reauthorized? Is there any way you could provide screenshots of what you're seeing - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.

I look forward to your response.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared
