Can you change memorized transactions to search on "all categories" in the memorized transactions
Russ Hynds
When using memorized transactions, only "personal expenses" is used. The side of personal expenses does not translate on a bank payment offset entry {category}. Memorized transactions should use the last category in the memorized transaction register. Using only personal expenses only does 1/2 of the transaction memorization list {debit vs credit}. This method was working in previous releases(yes, several years ago).

If your Memorized transaction has the bank account name, enclosed in square brackets (e.g., [checking]) as the category, then the transfer/offset will be recorded in the bank account also.
If the brackets are missing, or the category field is blank (or references a true category) then the transaction won't appear in the bank account register.
