Bask Bank downloads savings account but not CD. Anyone aware ?

CDs are typically classified as investment securities, not as cash-bearing accounts like savings and money market accounts are. In order to download securities, the financial institution needs to support Direct Connect or at least Express Web Connect+.
Bask Bank does not support these two connection methods and instead supports Express Web Connect and Web Connect. This is likely the reason why you are not able to get your Bask Bank CDs to download into Quicken.
To manage these CD in Quicken you could set up a manual offline investment account and then add the CDs and manual securities.

Thanks. Of 9 banks, theirs is the only one I had problems with. I finally set up the account manually, and only have to go in once a month. It also may be that they are very new.
