is the servers down? I am unable to access Quicken's home page using two different browsers and unable to add to new bank accounts.

First, make sure that you aren't using any pop-up blockers in either of your browsers. You can view the FAQ linked here for more details about this. Also, be sure to type out your credentials in a Notepad document before trying to log in to make sure that the information is being entered correctly and appears accurate.
