Unable to access Quicken home page

is the servers down? I am unable to access Quicken's home page using two different browsers and unable to add to new bank accounts.

    I am sorry to hear about these issues logging into the Quicken website. Thank you for speaking with us about this here on the Quicken Community.

    First, make sure that you aren't using any pop-up blockers in either of your browsers. You can view the FAQ linked here for more details about this. Also, be sure to type out your credentials in a Notepad document before trying to log in to make sure that the information is being entered correctly and appears accurate.
