Is anyone else having a problem downloading Bank of America transactions? Quicken has crashed several times, got this dump file message several times and several times it hung forever. Merrill downloaded fine, Baird downloaded fine but next in the list was Bank of America and it crashes.

I am sorry to hear about this problem with online banking services. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance.
First, is the '183' in the title of the discussion a reference to to an error code that you are seeing when trying to update accounts and download transactions? Is there any way you could provide screenshots of the 'dump file' message you're seeing - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.
Lastly, note that there is currently an Open Alert regarding Bank of America and transactions failing to download that may be related. You can follow the link provided here for additional information and any future updates.
I hope that is helpful, and I look forward to hearing back from you about this.
Thank you,

I spent more time trying to narrow the problem down. It clearly is Bank of America transaction download that is the problem. It just hangs Quicken. Quicken eventually crashes if I wait long enough (10 minutes plus). It "feels" like Quicken is re-looking at every transaction. Task manager shows memory increasing to 300+ M and it just sits with Quicken taking 6ish % of CPU and zero disk activity.0

Your reference to "error 183" makes me believe that this is a Windows system error. Try googling this error and look for hits from Microsoft websites.
