As of the last update I have been unable to log in to Wells Fargo accounts. How do I fix this?

    I am sorry to hear about this with online banking services and linking your accounts. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.

    First, are you seeing any particular error messages when you try to link your accounts, and if so, what error codes are associated with them? Are you simply missing transactions after trying to update your accounts? What, in particular, seems to be happening when you try to make use of online banking services?

    I do not get any error messages. When I look at the "download transactions button at the bottom of the home page it is underlined with a blue line. clicking on that button takes me to the download box. The download transactions button there is also completely underlined with a blue line. When I click that button I see a working circle for less than a second and it returns to a normal curser. If I repeat the click I get the same response with no download taking place.
