renew at 40% off

I get emails telling me that I can renew at 40% off, when I log in, I do not see any way to put in coupon code?

Do they actually state "renew"? Could you post an image of the ad or the whole email (blank out any personal info)?
If it states "new user", then it SHOULD NOT also state "renew". Those two things are mutually exclusive.

Off topic, the question is not where to get it cheap, it is how do you get the 40% off as advertised in the email. Does the 40% off only apply to "new users" or it is available to everyone, the email reportedly states "renew" and a new user would not be renewing?
Cheap is a relative term since to buy at Costco, you have to already paid for a membership and have one of their locations near enough you to make it easily accessible.
