Does anyone is having problems of future schedule payments from Chase

Since the change of connection to Chase using the Express Web Connect if I make a schedule payment on Chase web site directly those schedule payments are not downloaded into quicken so my future balance is off and useless. Anyone have this problem? I have reported it to Quicken even Quicken had the audacity to tell me that is not a supported feature that I have to enter my transactions manually into quicken. Chase have ignore my numerous call and on line messages.
Anyone has an idea how to fix this I have activate and deactivate the chase connection numerous times so what is the good to have quicken if it can keep a balance of a checking account. I been using quicken from the 1980's and until today Quicken can't no keep a balance.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.

Really! so to make payments to vendors I then need to use Bill Manager otherwise I need to enter them manually that is different to what it was before this new chase connection. so this sucks because I have other banks and I don't have that problem. I use the Chase online to make payments because I can schedule payments like if I want to make 12 monthly payments and then I don't have to remember to do it, how you do this in Quicken? I had a lot of trust on Quicken but during last year a lot of payments done on quicken never made it my bank, so the reason to go directly to my bank I don't trust Quicken to do it. so I have to verify each time on Chase.0

If you are going to make a payment in the Chase bill payment system, you will need to also enter it into Quicken (either manually or with a reminder) if you want to see it before the payment actually clears and downloads. When it downloads you will match it to the manually entered transaction or reminder entered into the register.
