On the Asset Allocation Report there is a line simply listed "Cash." Is there a way to drill in and find in which accounts the cash is located?

"Cash" might literally be cash held in an account ... or it could be cash held within a mutual fund.
You might try de-selecting your investment accounts (via customizing the report) until the answer to your question is found.

Another way is to look at the customize report dialog showing the included investment accounts.  Are any of them type: bank or other non investment type of account?  If so, those could be the ones winding up on that "cash" line.
