How do I stop Quicken from crosslinking accounts?

I want to stop Quicken from crosslinking accounts. For example, during my transaction download, Quicken is taking a credit card payment was paid from my checking account and automatically categorizing it (with brackets) as a payment into my saving account. The result is Quicken creates a savings account transaction that does not exist. I'm tired of constantly fumbling around trying to fix these and usually it just gets confusing. I want Quicken to stop creating transactions that are not in the download.

Check to make sure that you do not have a Memorized Payee (Tools menu) with the subject category that Quicken is using as a template when accepting that transaction.
The category with the [] indicates it is a transfer and therefore creates the other half of the transfer in the account named in the category.
