How do I save my budget edits to the cloud?

For the past several weeks I have been trying to correct my budget in quicken, but each time I sync with the cloud the values reset to some unknown default. For example I have IRA contributions that total 700, mine, and my wife, but after each sync my wife's budgeted amount goes to 0 instead of 100 and the "other contribution" category resets to 700 but should be at 0. The same reset occurs with each cloud sync.

You can try resetting your cloud data. That is about the only tool you have, other than that you are most likely dealing with one of the many bugs associated with Sync to Mobile/Web.
To reset the cloud data:
Edit -> Preferences -> Mobile & Web -> Reset your cloud dataSignature:
