Voya Download Error OL-297-A, Nov-2022

I have been unable to download Voya IRA account information for about a month. Suspect an error in the Quicken<>Voya account access.
I have no issue logging in to the Voya Website directly.

Please advise on this error resolution

During the last online session, Quicken encountered an online error [OL-297-A]

What version of Windows do you use?

Did you install Windows 10 or 11 Security Updates for October?

If so, you need to install an additional Windows Update to fix this issue.

I reviewed the link and information regarding the October windows update. Yes I had installed it. Decided to UN-Install the Oct 12 Update. It resolved my issue. Thanks!
