American Express Download

For the last two weeks Quicken seems to be locked when trying to download transactions from both our credit card accounts. I tried to download from the American Express site and a notice came up that "recent changes" have resulted in not getting downloads. What's up?

Hi Jasmine,
I tried to copy the page, but it was a message was from American Express....
Turns out that our American Express account was under another name, Hilton Honors.... We were able to re-connect with this name.
Problem solved.
