Changing QuickFill autoselect

I am trying to change the auto selection that QuickFill does to automatically fill in categories and comments. I am using Quicken Desktop and cannot find a way, in either the Quicken documentation or on the support (discussion) site. Can anyone help?

There isn’t a preference for that.  Over the years it has changed from time to time from being the first one in the list to being the most used one.  The bottom line is that you can’t count on which one it will pick.  As such, it is suggested that for any of the memorized payees that you are going to have automatically filled in from downloading transactions that you remove all but one of the entries for payee, and lock it.  And when you need to change a category you just type it in or select from the list.
