How can I set up an income reminder for a specific day of week and week of month?

Years ago I set up a reminder for an SSA payment for the 4th Wednesday of each month. That reminder still functions as I intended. We have a new SSA payment that arrives the 2nd Wednesday of each month, but when I try to set up that reminder in the current version of Quicken for Win (RS45.7) I am not given that option, only for a specific DATE of each month. Am I missing something, or has the day-and-week option been removed?

In your graphic, change 9 to 2 and "Day" to Wednesday via the dropdowns.

I get it now: A day can't repeat more than 5 times in a month. When I tried setting it up today (the 9th) the only option would be the DATE of each month. Thanks so much.
