Quicken is downloading accounts for the wrong User Id from Chase?

I have multiple quicken files linked to different Chase Ids. It appears that periodically Quicken is mixing up the Chase Ids and downloading not just the accounts that belong to that Quicken file but accounts tied to other Chase user Ids. How do I stop this from occuring?

How did you make the different Quicken files?
Each Quicken data file has a unique Id in it that connects it to the Quicken cloud dataset.
If one makes a copy using say Windows File Explorer and then tries to treat that data file as if it is a different data file, then when you download using Express Web Connect/Express Web Connect + you will be trying to sync different data files through on Quicken cloud dataset, and that is going to cause all kinds of problems.
That is why about a year or so ago they changed Quicken's "copy" to create a "template" which changes the unique Id and disables all online services so that the new data file gets a new Quicken cloud dataset.Signature:

Due to the nature of this issue and the recent Chase migration, I suggest reaching out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can utilize tools such as screen share and escalate the situation if needed.
The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00am PT to 5:00pm PT, Monday through Friday.
