Pending Transactions

When will the issue(s) with pending transactions be resolved and turned back on??

Quicken Classic - R66.18, Windows 11 PRO current on updates

My data file is NOT being synced nor backed up.

    Hopefully, never.  It is a can of worms that should have been left outside in the garden.  Trying to deal with transactions whose amounts can change between pending and final is a nightmare.
    A pending $1 or $100 transaction because of a gas purchase is meaningless and inappropriately skews your balances.
