I'm unable to fetch transactions from my checking account since early November. I called Quicken, but the rep was unable to resolve this issue.

According to https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-using-online-services-cc-501 the rep should have bumped this problem upstairs (aka escalated) to the 2nd level support tier.Please call again, making reference to your earlier call (you do have a ticket number, don't you?) and request escalation.
