GNCU: Unknow Error - Sorry, we encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)

When trying to connecting to GNCU, I received the following error: "Sorry, we encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)"
This has been going on for about a week now. Any ideas on what the issue is?

you will have to contact
Quicken Support
on the phone during
posted hours of operation
Someone at Quicken will have to review download log files and possibly escalate the problem to a second tier support person.
