    @DocGer I'm not Quicken Mac expert (don't use it), but I remember that there are Quicken Mac threads where they point out that Quicken Mac as the option of either changing the manually entered date to the downloaded posting date or not.

    BTW if the above option doesn't serve your needs, I suggest that you just have the reminder set to enter a day or two earlier than what it actually is.  Quicken has no problem matching transaction that are entered "early" but won't match ones that are "late".
