No Bread Cashback AmEx Option in Quicken?

I'm trying to add my Comenity bank Bread Cashback card to quicken per their website's instructions (https://d.comenity.net/ac/breadcashback/public/help/third-party-money-management)

But this card does not show up on the Quicken import list. Some other Comenity cards appear, but not this one.

Who do I need to contact to ensure this support is added?

    It's  Comenity's decision as to what products to make available to Q.  Check  with Comenity as to whether this card will become available.

    According to https://d.comenity.net/ac/breadcashback/public/help/third-party-money-management it is supposed to be available. Yet I cannot find "Bread Cashback™ American Express® Credit Card" when following the instructions -- at least on my MacOS version.
