When I do a one-step update on my tiaa accounts, I get zero share balances. This behavior has been happening in the past two weeks.

I was told by TIAA that this might be due to a transaction update problem in Quicken releases R45.7 and R45.11 and that Quicken was evaluating the issue but had no ETA. This problem apparently affects a number of banking institutions, not just TIAA0

It's a TIAA problem, regardless of their self-serving denial. In the actual download file, it's showing a position of ZERO ... and TIAA alone created that download file.
