Does Quicken access my accounts outside of one-step updates???

My new bank CFG sends me an alert whenever my account is accessed. Obviously, I get an alert when I log onto their website and when I do a Quicken One-Step Update. But I also get an alert around 10pm (Calif time) every night. I don't know who is access the account at that time, but it isn't me. Could Quicken be doing it without my knowledge??
I do not sync my accounts to quicken and don't use the mobile app. When I check quicken on the web, there are no accounts and I get a message to turn sync on (which I won't)
I'm on Quicken Windows R45.11 running Win10 with latest updates.

Any account that is setup for Express Web Connect or Express Web Connect + is going to be accessed outside of you running Quicken. And if you have Sync to Mobile/Web turned on even your accounts setup for Direct Connect will be accessed outside of you using Quicken.
The “Quicken Cloud dataset” is updated periodically by downloading transactions from the financial institution(s).Signature:
