Can't upgrade from Quicken Premier to Quicken Home & Business

I'm trying to upgrade from Premier to Home & Business. I've purchased Home & Business but when I try to install it my Mac says "Quicken is Already Installed on this Computer" with no option to upgrade.

Any ideas?

Quicken Home & Business is only available on Windows, not Mac. Contact Customer Care and get your money back.

Also, on the Mac (and possibly on Windows as well), there is no different software to install when you switch product levels. Your subscription level tells the software what features to enable or disable, but there's only one version of the program to install.

But as Greg noted above, while you have paid for a Home & Business subscription, there is no extra business functionality in the Mac product which gets enabled by doing so. If you're not using Home & Business of Windows, there is no need to pay for anything beyond Premier on the Mac.
