Paying Bills, Online Billers & Reminders (Windows)

I have SSA payments that arrive on the 4th Wednesday of each month. I need an option in reminders to set up as a 4th Wednesday, and not just every 4 weeks on Wednesday, as I have to make a date adjustment in the register and the reminders from time to time.
Can you make this an option (please)?

Already can do. Set up a schedule for a certain day of month like 3rd Wednesday for Social Security
