Where did the Memo Field go on Quicken on the Web?

I use both desktop & web versions of Quicken. The web version allows me work from home or traveling and I sync every time I input a transaction. I've been able to use the Memo field on both, but recently the memo filed is missing from the web version and the only option is Notes. If they replaced and/or merged the memo/notes fields, then it is not working. Transaction details are all blank! Support Chat with Meliza said that the web version never had the Memo Field. That is impossible because that was the only way I could work from home! How to get Support to reinstate the Memo Filed for Quicken on the Web?

According to what a Moderator states in this thread, Quicken on the Web does not have a Memo field. It has a Notes field that should include the same info that the desktop version has in the Memo field.: Quicken WEB Version - MEMO not in column???.

You said that the "Notes field that should include the same info that the desktop version has in the Memo field," but the notes are all blank = no information. The system is not working correctly. Something changed over the past month or so that removed the web memo field and IF, as you say, it should include the same info from desktop memo to web notes, then there is a glitch that needs to be addressed. How to fix without having to redo the desktop transactions, one by one, copy from memo to notes filed just so I can use the web version again?0

@GinTan - The only thing I said was to reference what a Moderator said in the post thread I'd provided the link for. Please don't go putting words into my mouth. I do not use Quicken on the Web myself so I am not able to provide any other insight on this. I referenced that post thread because no one had disputed it which is often an indication that what is said is accurate. Perhaps not in this case, though. But I am curious as to why you think that not seeing notes in Web means that you have to redo all your memos in Desktop. Please explain your thought process on this.Perhaps someone else who knows more about Quicken on the Web will step in and be able to provide some assistance.Or, you could report it to Quicken Support either in Quicken via Help > Report a Problem or via Phone or Chat (https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support).
