I'm not sure where to answer that the problem has been resolved. It still doesn't work on my computer.

Update 11/23/22: We have released a patch update that fixes the pending transaction issue some users experienced with their Bank of America accounts. If you are not prompted to install the patch in your Windows product, please download the manual patch from

I found out that I had to add the account to Quicken again to get it to work. After I added the,account, it worked!
