Is the change at Fidelity Signature Card the wrong format?

I haven't been able to download a file since November 18th when it looked as if they had made a change. I write them and they claim they are working on it.

    WHICH Fidelity? Because Fidelity Investments only supports Direct Connect with QWin US ... not Web Connect

    And there is no "Fidelity Signature Card" listed as a Participating Financial Institution in QWin US.
