Download issue with Quicken Software

I have been experiencing downloading issues with many of my banks data like Citibank, capitalone, Barclay, American Express and etc. Not all the data are downloaded. One day it works and another it wouldn't. This seems to be a known issue for many months for Quicken. However, Quicken hasn't sent any communications out to any of their customers. My concerns is that this issue is unknown to everyone and customer data is slowly getting corrupted and at some point it would be to damage to worth continuing using Quicken. I'm a 30+ year quicken user so I have a very good understand with the quicken products.

    Since the beginning of the year, I can’t download any Barclays accounts from Quicken and I can’t download from the website into Quicken.
