Issue with One Step Update R45.13 Build 27.1.45.13

Hi- I am having an issue the last few days that the one step update(number of accounts over 20). Get a Progress (Not Responding Message very quickly). Some accounts go green, but after 20 minutes I end the process. Same issue when updating one account.
Ive done the diagnostic items suggested validation and super validation. I have also moved Quicken to another computer thinking that might do the trick as the original is old. My next step is to call support but was wondering if there is a bigger issue afoot. Let me know your thoughts. I don't see a system wide topic on the boards.
