Is there a way to turn OFF the automatic syncing of NEW accounts to Cloud Sync?

I could have sworn this was a setting a long time ago, where you could set the behavior after adding a new account on your PC Quicken. So that it would NOT sync to the cloud. I really hate the wasted time I have to spend to go into cloud sync and de-activate all the new account data I don't need uploaded.

    I believe that turns off all syncing. I would like to affect the default action of adding any newly added accounts to the sync queue.

    @Wayne104 - i do not believe that functionality exists; it's a global seting so it's all or nothing.

    Darn if true. Maybe I imagined that option to set the default behavior in a fever dream =).
