I am sorry to hear about these problems with online banking services and balances that don't update. Thank you for talking with us about this here on the Quicken Community.
First, can you tell us a little more about what's happening? Are you noticing this issue with a particular account or financial institution, and if so, which one? Also, is this happening only when trying to Reconcile an account?

Restored from a mid-November backup then updated accounts. Seems to have worked0

I am having similar issue. One step update is not functioning, will not take password and connect. It tells me the service is not available, wait 10 minutes and try again. This has been happening for 2 days. FIX?0
