I cannot add Synchrony's Verizon Credit Card. For awhile it did not recognize my id/password. Now it does, but it comes back with "Do Not Add to Quicken." Help?

I this card already set up in Quicken?

I tried adding, but it failed as explained. Therefore I have been manually adding my charges to "Verizon Credit Card."

Sorry, I should have clarified.  What I meant was, "Is this card already set up in Quicken as a manual account?"  Thank you for confirming that it is.

Does Quicken show this account is already set up with a connection method?  If so, how is it connected? You can get this information from several different areas:

• Account Register:  At the top left directly under the Account Name.
• Online Services tab of Account Details.
• Account List.
