Why has my Capital One card stopped downloading transactions?

I use "One Step Update" every couple of days, all my credit cards download just fine. Including a Cap One card...until a week or so ago. Why has it stopped? The account is in good standing, and I can see all my charges on the Cap One site.

Are you getting an error code or error message?

Have you tried doing Update Now when OSU fails?  This will often work when OSU does not.  (Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Update Now)

BTW, I just now tried to do OSU in one of my data files that has a Cap One credit card account in it.  OSU returned error code CC-501.  I then did Update Now and the account updated properly with a new transaction downloaded.

Boat, thanks for trying. OSU doesn't fail, per se: it just doesn't dump in the current charges. It's as if 'connection' between the card's account in Quicken and the Cap One site is lost.

Just read this. How does one do "Update Now?"
