Message "DON'T ADD TO QUICKEN" when activating accounts

I am one of the many customers who is not offered a drop down menu that permits "add to Quicken" when trying to activate account updates. The only option offered is "Don't add to Quicken." I've read a number of similar complaints which are usually closed after one unsatisfactory response. Can anyone please offer some productive suggestions? Thanks.

The main reason "Don't add to Quicken" is shown is because the Quicken account is already connect to another online account. Deactivate it for downloading before trying to connect it to another online account.
