When connecting to a bank/credit card company download the monthly bill.
Offer to save it in the account.

The feature all already exists for "bills" (but not for checking/savings statements).

This has been suggested before. If you can lay hands on a PDF of your monthly statement you can attach it to your account: Actions gear icon / Account attachments. (may require Deluxe or higher feature level)
However, this will eventually lead to a serious bloat in the size of your Quicken data file. And there is finite limit to the number of attachments a Quicken data file can have. Reach or exceed this limit and there's a pretty good chance that you will have an unrecoverable error situation on your hands.
I don't recommend using attachments to accounts or transactions in your data file. If you must have paperless document storage, consider using a separate document storage application which also includes offline data storage for disaster recovery.

The storage limit I understand. My difficulty is to get to the monthly statements.
It takes too many steps, that Quicken can automate.
    (1) log in
    (2) supply OTP
    (3) get to the account
    (4) get to the statements.
    (5) see PDF one at atime
    (6) download it with a generic useless name
    (7) rename it
    Repeat it for every month!!

Note even if you don't care about your data file size, Quicken's handling of attachments is terrible.  Only one at a time for things like exporting, viewing, printing and even just find them.
