I am having a problem connecting to PNC Bank from inside the Quicken program. I have not been able to connect update since the end of November. Says that the Quicken Online Service is not available or not working [wait 10 minutes]. No having a problem accessing my bank accounts outside of the Quicken. What is the problem?
