Existing subscribers will get pro-rated time added to their subscription

My subscription expires in Feb, 2023. I renewed my subscription to take advantage of the sale but I didn't get pro-rated time added to their subscription. The Quicken website says my subscription expires at the end of Dec 2023 (I expect it to be Feb 2024). Please help

    Hi, @ChrisPepin .  This is a forum of Quicken users.  You will need to contact Quicken Support to get this addressed.  

    You can either call them or have an online chat with them via the contact information that can be found at https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support.  (If the Phone and Chat buttons don't work, check to make sure you have popup blockers disabled.)

    You can also log into your online Quicken.com account.  There will be a telephone number there that you can call.
