USAA credit card transactions not downloading to Quicken

I can no longer download your credit card transactions to Quicken. I'm going to drop this card if this isn't resolved soon. This used to work fine.

    Is this issue occurring exclusively with USAA accounts? If so, note that there is currently an Open Alert regarding USAA accounts that may be related to the situation you are describing.
