Business income showing up as uncategorized in profit/loss - cannot fix category

Question

When running the P/L report, it shows business income as uncategorized income. When I go back to the business checking register, the category is listed as "Customer Invoice". If I change category to "Sales" then it removes the income from the customer invoices.

Any recommendations to how to fix this?

What TAX LINE is associated with the line used in the invoice?  
It's the TAX LINE that determines what's business vs. personal.
