Reading the short info Quicken posted, seems they are saying it is the fault of all the banks. So I guess I am the only sane one and everyone else is.... you get my point. Maybe the people at quicken MIGHT want to inform their users? Maybe I misunderstood "their". Not flaming.

The message they are putting out says the problem is with their "service provider".
