What is going on with the new update? I can't get to my data!

What is going on! Quicken has ALWAYS worked for me. For the last 12 years! Now the newest update won't use my data file?

HELP!!!!! I need to get to my account info.

    There has been a server issue all day long.  It affects EWC and EWC+ accounts/financial institutions...they get CC-501 error codes.  DC accounts/financial institutions are not affected.  Tons of posts about it in this forum.  I'm thinking they couldn't get it fixed today because it's a national holiday and that it will probably be fixed by tomorrow.  Here are a couple of Alerts that were posted:
