Activation Code

Just bought quicken and installed it. It asks for an activation code, which came in the package, but quicken said my code was already in use, so I am unable to get in. Been on hold for 20 minutes now waiting for help, and have a chat going online, in which I've been waiting 10 minutes for someone to reply.

    Those two groups, phone and chat found at Quicken Support which I'm guessing you used are the only groups that can help you.  Have your receipt handy.
