mobile synch - What's going On?

A transaction I posted on 1/4/23 did not appear after sync. Tried to synch again. Not there. Reset cloud and restarted mobile and desktop apps. Reentered trans. after a few minutes, cloud crashed but desktop said synch completed but transaction did not appear. Ran synch again. After seven (7) minutes, sync completed normally and transaction appeared in register!
