How do I Link two credit card

I have a business credit cards with chase bank they are two different credit card numbers but they are the same account i.e. the second card is for an employee. when i try to download reconcile the info comes in for the main card but all the transactions are for the sub card. i would like to know if there is a way to link the cards

No, there isn't any way to link them together.
