How do I get the budget into Annual View

I have quicken starter edition. I used to have deluxe, but I switched when you started charging the annual fee, and I wanted to save a couple bucks a year.

I cannot get my budget into what I believe is called Annual View. All of your help articles say "Switch to Annual View," but I do not see how to do that.

Is this not present in starter edition. Cheers.

    That is a limitation of the starter edition, it doesn't have an annual view for the budget.
