Loan Payments allocation to principal, interest, escrow all zero

Starting sometime between late December 2022 and about a week ago, when I enter my loan payments and go into the split for the transaction, all the allocations including principal, interest, escrow - are all zero and then there is a line with no category that has the total amount of the payment. What happened? I have to manually calculate what the values should be and enter them myself.
When it happened the first time, I thought it might just be for that particular loan - but I checked and all my loans are messed up.
I update whenever Quicken tells me there is a new update - might have happened with the last one I did. My current version is R46.12 and build is 27.1.46.12. Windows 10 Enterprise
Has anyone else noticed this or is it a problem with my file only?

I am also having this problem. Like others, my transactions worked fine in December and now they are not. I am using Home, Business & Rental Property Windows 11 Home Version R46.12 Build 27.1.46.12. I reported the problem using the Help menu on 1/21/23 after reading this thread (thank you all for participating).
Did anyone who reverted back to the previous Quicken version experience or notice any quirks, problems, data loss, etc? Also, was it difficult or time consuming?0 -

Alert for the issue:
Current workaround for this issue is to revert to a 44.xx version. See this post for details on reverting to a prior Quicken program version.

Note you can use your current Quicken data file with the older program version.
