Problems trying to ask Question

I keep ending back up on Quicken.com, not community.quicken.com when trying to ask a question, or search for a discussion. Is it just me?

    Well, you asked this question ... so what did you do differently this time?  Were you, perhaps, clicking the SUPPORT link at the top of this page?
